EXOPOLITICAL DEBATE and the Mind Control Meme

  From: Alfred <exopolitics@exopolitics.com>
Subject: Re: Statement on Alfred Webre and his role in Exopolitics

Date: Friday, January 28, 2011, 2:54 PM

Hi All - With all this hypothetical chatter about my character and my mental state I should weigh in with a comment on my own.

1. Mind Control - You may want to attend the Free Your Mind Conference in Philadelphia, PA. April 9-10, 2011.

http://freeyourmindconference.com/

FREE YOUR MIND is a unique two-day conference scheduled for April 9th & 10th, 2011 in Philadelphia, PA, featuring multiple speakers and diverse educational materials, for the purpose of raising public awareness of the critically important topics of:

* mass mind-control techniques
* covert (occult) and subversive influences upon consciousness and behavior
* trauma-based and ritualized abuse
* practical mental and emotional healing methodologies available for those affected by these devices

Featured Speakers are:

* Aaron McCollum
* Alfred Webre
* Andrew Basiago
* Bob Tuskin
* Farah Yurdozu
* Freeman Fly
* Jan Irvin
* John Nicholson
* Joseph Marra
* Larken Rose
* Laura Eisenhower
* Mark Matika
* Mark Passio
* Michael Kelly
* Paul Marko
* Suzanne Taylor

Perhaps you may learn something about mind control by attending and learn why neither myself nor Andrew D. Basiago are "mind control victims", as Michael Salla alleges.

Both Andrew D. Basiago and myself prefer the ethics of open information and debate, as in the above conference, to the tactics of refusing to debate and cutting of legitimate challenges to his Exopolitics research.

That is why we invited Salla to debate us in a round-table format in Kona Hawaii during June 19-24, 2011, an invitation Salla fled from. Salla cannot confront the truth, nor can he defend his own plagiarised or false research findings in Exopolitics.

2. Exopolitics & Michael Salla

After all, the most scurrilous scandal in Exopolitics research has come from Salla's promoting the hoaxed Source A secret UN ET meetings

That Source A research by Michael Salla on the hoaxed UN ET meetings was widely and publicly discredited in many sources, including the following:

http://www.realityuncovered.net/blog/2010/05/ufology-exopolitics-special-source-a-exposed/

http://www.realityuncovered.net/blog/2010/05/ufology-and-expolitics-special-%E2%80%93-source-a-update/

As a result of the Source A debacle, Exopolitics was publicly disgraced in many quarters and the name Michael Salla became a common term around the Internet for being duped in research.

Michael Salla plagiarized my intellectual property in Exopolitics

Certainly Michael Salla has made legally actionable and defamatory statements about two professionals - Alfred Lambremont Webre and Andrew D. Basiago - in his statement.

My own analysis of his statement is that he has used the rhetorical devise of displacement to turn attention away from the fact that he
unlawfully and unethically plaigarized my intellectual property in 2003 and violated copyright of my book Exopolitics: A Decade of Contact, published in June 2000.

In his wikipedia statement, Salla states:

"Exopolitics: The concept of Exopolitics was formulated by Michael Salla."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Salla

The above is a fraudulent statement, based on plagiarism and violation of copyright of my 2000 book Exopolitics: A Decade of Contact, on which he based his January 20, 2003 paper - his first and original foray into Exopolitics.

Between 2000 and January 20, 2003, Exopolitics became widely known because of my efforts I had talked about Exopolitics at numerous public conferences including the Exopolitics Conference at the University of Wyoming in June 2000, the U.S. Presidential UFO Forum in Santa Clara California in 2000, in 2000 on Coast to Coast in a Special Exopolitics program with Steve Bassett, Daniel Sheehan, and myself, in the 2001 Disclosure Project, where I was a Disclosure Project witness, in UFO and Exopolitics conferences during 2002.

Salla and I have had a continual dialogue as to the origins of Exopolitics, the science of relations among intelligent civilizations.

One published dialogue can be found here:

http://exopolitics.blogs.com/exopolitics/2006/05/origin_of_exopo_1.html

In fact, Michael Salla, as a contract faculty at American University on January 20, 2003 published a 10,000-word research paper entitled "The Need for Exopolitics: Implications of Extraterrestrial Conspiracy Theories for Policy Makers & Global Peace."

In that paper, Mr. Salla misleadingly sought to position himself as the originator of the science of Exopolitics.

The methodology that Mr. Salla used in so misleadingly promoting himself as the originator of Exopolitics was to improperly cite and acknowledge the proprietary intellectual and copyrighted property of Alfred Lambremont Webre, JD, Med who had in the year 2000 published a full explication of the science of Exopolitics in Exopolitics: A Decade of Contact.

As a seasoned academician, Mr. Salla should have known that Alfred Lambremont Webre's 2000 copyrighted work and intellectual property required him to fully acknowledge the source of his ideas in the body of his 10,000-word paper.

Instead, Mr. Salla, as is his covert style, illegally and unethically appropriated the ideas and concepts of Exopolitics without acknowledgment by placing these in exculpatory, de minimis footnotes, among other works that are not Exopolitics, to wit:

[81]. Steven M. Greer, Extraterrestrial Contact : The Evidence and Implications (Crossing Point Publications, 1999). Richard Boylan, Labored Journey To The Stars: An anthology on human responses, governmental, civilian and Native, to extraterrestrial visitation, Rev., 2002. Alfred Lambremont Webre, Exopolitics: A Decade of Contact (Universe Books, 1999). His book is available online at http://www.universebooks.com/

and

[93] Alfred Lambremont Webre, JD, Med, Exopolitics: A Decade of Contact (2000) an eBook published online at http://www.universebooks.com/exoone.html [URL no longer available].

My own assessment is that this will probably be my last post on this list, as Salla cannot tolerate debate.

It was language in this post that led Salla to illegitimately block me from the Exopolitics Institute, because he did not want a discussion of the Source A case.

However, in so doing Salla also illegitimately cut me off from discourse with the fellow Exopolitics groups in Europs and othe parts of the world. In particular I had just finished a very useful agreement with the director of Exopolitics Germany on exopolitical activism.

I am in my own right on the Board of Directors of Exopolitics Mexico and Exopolitics Argentina. So these organizations, whose interests I was representing in the negotiations and communications with Exopolitics Germany were also harmed by Salla's desire to cut off debate around the Source A UN ET hoaxed meetings he publicized.

An Eisenhower family member, Laura Eisenhower, has now spoken up to object to Michael Salla's research on her great-grand father's experiences with ETs, based on Salla's faulty ET research experience.

Michael Salla has undertaken the beginning of the public disintegration of his unethical career in Exopolitics with this unethical act.

Remember, as you read this statement of mine that I will not be able to answer any of your questions or objections.

So please read this and re-read it carefully if you want to be reality-oriented.

In Light,

Alfred Lambremont Webre, JD, MEd

NEW MEME DETECTED

A new Meme is growing fast and "infecting" more and more minds. Is the you-under-control meme.
You see, before the last exchange of accusations, Ufologist could only point you as a disinformer, a cabal-operative or a bad individual. Now however, everybody is pointing the opposition as mind controlled.
As you all know, there is nothing new in UFOs. We have the same kind of little show from the beginning of times, so if we want to do research in Ufology, the last thing we must watch is the sky. Forget about sightings and lights in the sky. Watch the Ufologists. That is what I will name from now ENDO-UFOLOGY.
The endoufologist analyzes UFO memes and related ones, in other words the whole galaxy of Alien=UFO=ET=VISITORS=
ABDUCTION Memes .
Ideas welcome.

Watchfully yours

EXOPOLITICAL WAR: Dr.Salla strikes back..!

" ... As has been the case with Mr Webre in the past, he gives no evidence for any of his claims. He simply makes a series of claims and links them together to make a case he declares to be self-evident."

Judge Alfred Webre's open letter to the ex do0ctor Richyard Boylan, self proclaimed "Councilor of Earth "

Dear Mr. Scolarici and Richard Boylan:

This response has also been published on the Internet as:

Open Letter to Richard Boylan, PhD (License Revoked by California Board of Psychology August 4, 1995)

http://exopolitics.blogs.com/exopolitics/2011/01/open-letter-to-richard-boylan-phd-license-revoves-by-california-board-of-psychology-august-4-1995.html

Richard Boylan has been spreading the "Big Lie" to his group that I am an operative of the "Cabal", or the shadow government that is waging a multi-dimensional war against the biosphere, the human population, and intelligent civilizations that are here to help the Earth through this period of evolution.

I am not an operative of any interests, group(s) or person(s).  I am a sovereign individual.  My works and writings can be seen at www.exopolitics.com.

As a graduate pychological counsellor from the University of Texas (M.Ed. 1997), I have come to the professional conclusion that Richard Boylan is either psychologically delusional or operating under some form of mind control.  Of course, there is the possibility that Dr. Boylan is simply a very mal-intentioned fellow who enjoys stigmatizing and slandering others publicly, in order to raise his own self-esteem inside a delusionary system in which he is "Councilor of Earth).

Why do I come to this conclusion about Richard Boylan?

1. Examiner.com - Well, for one, Richard Boylan has been continually stating that the "Examiner" is my personal blog disguised as a newspaper.

Any compentent and reasonable person, let alone professional would be able to go to wikipedia and see that Examiner.com, for which I am the Seattle Exopolitics Examiner has 55,000 Examiners.
(See Wikipedia description below at end of this email).

2. Pattern of twisting reality - Secondly, Richard Boylan deliberately twists my reporting in Examine.com to suit his own slander of my person.

What I stated in the Examiner.com article was:

"The original Xinhua news article and news broadcast can be accessed at this URL:

http://big5.xinhuanet.com/gate/big5/news.xinhuanet.com/video/2011-01/04/c_12944686.htm

"An opposite view by a China ET observer

"One veteran China observer of expolitical affairs takes an opposite view.

"He writes, "The political processes associated with Chinese National Security including elements forming political mass [interpret UFOs as] a danger to the stability of Chinese Society.

"Chinese say 'eat rice'! remember that for as long as you are watching Chinese politics. They eat rice but do not spit any out whilst talking. These people are strategists and the finest poker players on the planet. They will not disclose anything.

"The Youtube video in Mandarin is of President HU talking about websites in the USA that put up sensationalist articles on UFOs, ET and disclosure. He spoke about the USA making some good films like CONTACT but some rather exaggerated and over the top films like 2012.

"Everyone in China knows that the China /Obama disclosure story is a rumor; but at the same time everyone knows that China is being buzzed by UFOs which have closed 2 airports and created amazing aerial displays from time to time, particularly noted by Chinese academics in astronomy.

"My view is to forget about this China/Obama disclosure issue at this point in time because most people here see disclosure as an organic process, under ET timing and methodologies; a process which is intensifying alongside changes in the earths basic resonances. A necessary cosmic conditioning process for masses by the ETs, without the need for a disclosure date by a terra politician. China see's the US people as helpless, trapped by financial disaster and under extreme control of a shadow government. They love the US people but despise the US shadow government."

So I intentionally sought out the opinion of a Mandarin-speaking expert who lives in Hong Kong on the Xinhua China TV newscast and I included that expert opinion in the article.  This is accepted journalistic practice, so that people can judge on their own.

What Richard Boylan alleges is stated in my Examiner.com article bears no relation to reality, as does Richard Boylan's assertions about  Examiner.com.

This is an additional reason is why I have come to the professional conclusion that Richard Boylan is either psychologically delusional, or mal-intentionally twisting reality in order to intentionally slander targets of his such as myself so as to elevate himself into a delusional role as "Councilor of Earth."

3. Acts of moral turpitude -  Set out at the end of the email below is the full text of the Board of Psychology of the State of California revoking Richard Boylan's license to practice on August 4, 1995.

Although the Board of Psychology, of course, cannot revoke Richarc Boylan's PhD in psychology, this is tantamount to a revocation of his ability to functionally practice psychology and counseling others.

The grounds for Richard Boylan's revocation of license to practice as a psychologist were moral trupitude - gross negligence and sexual impropriety with patients.

The legal findings of the California Board of Psychology were as follows show a clear pattern of sexual impropriety with patients.

At this time, Richard Boylan's specialty is the coordination of children's groups, where there is opportunity for sexual abuse and impropriety with children, under the guise of being an extraterrestrially chosen "Counselllo of Earth"

                DETERMINATION OF ISSUES
                -----------------------

                      I

While the patients in this matter each questioned, at
times, the sexual motivation of respondent, it was not
established he in fact has such motivation while providing
therapy or other relationships to these patients. It is not
necessary for respondent's motivation to be sexual for sexual
abuse to occur. Great weight must be given to the "victim's"
perspective. Here, however, the victims were not sure what was
going on. There was no sexual contact. They were upset and
confused. The evidence did not establish sexual misconduct in
violation of Business and Professions Code sections 726, 2960(o),
    4982(k) or 4992.3(k)

                     II

Respondent abused his role as a therapist and was
grossly negligent, in violation of Business and Professions Code
section 2960(j), 4982(d) and 4992.3(d) in imposing his personal
views of D.W. and D.S., as set forth in Finding III and V.

                      19

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

                     III

Respondent committed gross negligence, in violation of
Business and Professions Code sections 2960(j), 4982(d) and
4992.3(d) when he developed an inappropriate dual relationship
with D.W. that included travel together to and around Las Vegas,
    as established bt Findings III.

                     IV

Respondent committed  gross negligence, in violation of
Business and Professions Code sections 2960(j), 4982(d) and
4992.3(d), when he gave D.W. a massage in his hotel room in Las
Vegas, as established by Findings III.

                      V

Respondent committed gross negligence, in violation of
Business and Professions Code sections 2960(j), 4982(d) and
4992.3(d), when he invited D.W. to his home in November 1992 and
engaged in nude hot tubbing, as established by Findings III.

                     VI

The evidence did not establish that respondent
suggested that he perform a vaginal examination on D.W.

                     VII

Respondent committed gross negligence, in violation of
Business and Professions Code sections 2960(j), 4982(d) and
4992.3(d), when he invited K.G. to his home in December 1991 and
engaged in nude hot tubbing, as established by Findings IV.

                    VIII

It was not established that the act of inviting K.G.
and D.S. for nude therapy sessions at Harbin Hot Springs amounted
to gross negligence, in violation of Business and Professions
    Code sections 2960(j), 4982(d) and 4992.3(d).

                     IX

Respondent committed gross negligence, in violation of
Business and Professions Code sections 2960(j), 4982(d) and
4992.3(d), when he bartered therapy for nude massages from K.G.,
    as established by Findings V.

                      X

Respondent committed gross negligence, in violation of
Business and Professions Code sections 2960(j), 4982(d) and

                     20

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

4992.3(d) by shifting the focus of D.S.'s therapy from her
presenting problems to his interest in ET encounters, as
    established by Findings V.

                     XI

While it may have been thoughtless, or possibly
negligent for respondent to try to recreate a Native American
ritual with D.S. present, it did not rise to the level of gross
    negligence.

                     XII

It was not established that respondent discussed with
D.S. details of his sexual relationship with his wife.

                    XIII

Determinations II - V, VII, IX and X, and each of them
    are grounds for discipline.

                    ORDER
                    -----

                      I

The Psychologist, Licensed Social Worker and Marriage,
Family and Child Counselor licenses issued to respondent Richard
    Boylan are revoked.

                     II

Respondent shall pay costs to the Board of Behavioral
Science Examiners in  the sum of  $9205/

Richard Boylan is in fact attacking persons who expose him as a clear and present danger to the well-being of the community, and as a person who is engaging in a continual pattern of intentional distortion of facts about others in order to aggradize his own delusional position as "Councilor of Earth".

I rest my case.

Examiner.com is a media company based in Denver, Colorado, that operates a network of local news websites, allowing "pro-am contributors"[1][2] to share their city-based knowledge on a blog-like platform, in 238 markets throughout the United States and parts of Canada with two national editions, one for each country.[3][4][5][1]

Examiner.com is a division of Clarity Media Group, with the primary investor being billionaire businessman Philip Anschutz, owner of Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG), Regal Cinemas, and other media and entertainment companies.[3][4][6] Examiner.com has over 55,000 contributors,[2] commonly referred to on the site as "Examiners."

[edit] History

In 2006, former MapQuest general manager David Schafer, Clarity Digital Media's CEO, founded Examiner.com primarily as a news aggregator for the 60 markets in which Clarity Media trademarked the name "Examiner".[7] By using online geo targeting technology, users were placed into their closest city where they could read the most recent news and updates from both their city's broadcast and print media streams. Readers could also view local, state, national, and international content from the Associated Press.

A small team of engineers and developers led by Maya Iyengar (CTO) and David Rager (Systems Architect) worked over the next 18 months to develop the site into something more than merely a collection of news headlines. Schafer was then replaced[8] by former AOL executive Michael Sherrod in February 2008 (though Schafer stayed on as Chief Operations Officer) and in late April 2008, with a new President and CEO at the helm, the current model of using "Examiners" to write about their city was unveiled.

Launching the new model were 115 "Examiners" in five markets: Denver, Seattle, Baltimore, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C., with the latter three due to the presence of Examiner newspapers already operating in those cities, namely The Baltimore Examiner, The San Francisco Examiner, and The Washington Examiner. There was also a flagship edition, the national edition, where users would be placed if geo targeting efforts failed to produce a designated market area.

In March 2009, Sherrod was replaced by Rick Blair, also formerly of AOL.[9]

In September of 2009 Clarity Media purchased NowPublic, a Vancouver-based website consisting of citizen journalists contributing from around the world.[10] Clarity Digital Group was then developed under Clarity Media, housing both Examiner.com and NowPublic.[11] Blair serves as the CEO of both Clarity Digital and Examiner.com.[11]

On October 29, 2009, the website's first international expansion took place when Examiner.com Canada was launched in Calgary, Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, and Vancouver, along with one national Canadian edition.[12][4]

[edit] Growth

In August of 2009, Examiner.com was named one of the fastest growing network of localized websites by Nielsen Online, growing faster in August from the same month of 2008 than any of the other top 30 Internet news sites in the nation, increasing page views over 342 percent to 7,569,000 unique users.[13] Examiner.com reports that it received 20.8 million unique visitors to Examiner.com sites in July 2010, with 60.1 million page views served, according to Omniture.[2]

Examiner.com also reports it adds over 3000 articles a day, to a growing library of 1.5 million pieces of content.[2][11]

[edit] Awards

In October 2010 Examiner.com was recognized by the Media Institute (NMI) as a recipient of the Standard of Excellence in the community category of website innovation.[14] NMI is a research and fact finding organization whose mission is to improve public understanding of issues surrounding the Internet and other forms new media communications. Previous winners include eHow and LiveStong.com.[15]

[edit] Pay scale

Examiners are paid based on a black box system considering page views and other metrics, or the "Gawker-model", made famous by the blog Gawker.com. During 2009 many of the writers were receiving $0.01 per page view. Examiner.com later offered a variety of pay scale options to their writers.[16] Examiner.com now bases compensation on variables such as subscriptions, page view traffic and session length.[17]

The company has been criticized for the low compensation received by some contributors,[18] although Examiner.com claims it communicates contributors should not consider this full time employment, and "tries to be very clear and transparent that this isn't a 'quit your day job' opportunity."[17] As of November 2010, the average pay rate for most Examiners is between $0.006 and $0.008 per page view.

[edit] Criticism

Examiner.com has been criticized for its lack of verification and fact-checking of stories published on the site,[19] including accusations of plagiarism.[4][20] L.J. Williamson, a writer who was briefly employed by Examiner.com, drew attention to the site's lack of editorial oversight by publishing a series of satirical prank articles,[21] which went unnoticed by Examiner.com's staff until Williamson published what she described as an homage to a well-known satirical piece written by Hunter S. Thompson, in which Thompson claimed that presidential candidate Edmund Muskie showed symptoms of being under the influence of Ibogaine. In Williamson's satirical piece, she claimed that actress Jenny McCarthy advocated Ibogaine as a treatment for autism. Examiner.com staff only noticed and withdrew Williamson's prank stories when lawyers for McCarthy contacted them and demanded that the piece be removed.[22]

CALIFORNIA BOARD OF PSYCHOLOGY DECISION REVOKING LICENSE OF RICHARD BOYLAN ON GROUNDS OF MORAL TURPITUDE

DETERMINATION OF ISSUES
                -----------------------

                      I

While the patients in this matter each questioned, at
times, the sexual motivation of respondent, it was not
established he in fact has such motivation while providing
therapy or other relationships to these patients. It is not
necessary for respondent's motivation to be sexual for sexual
abuse to occur. Great weight must be given to the "victim's"
perspective. Here, however, the victims were not sure what was
going on. There was no sexual contact. They were upset and
confused. The evidence did not establish sexual misconduct in
violation of Business and Professions Code sections 726, 2960(o),
    4982(k) or 4992.3(k)

                     II

Respondent abused his role as a therapist and was
grossly negligent, in violation of Business and Professions Code
section 2960(j), 4982(d) and 4992.3(d) in imposing his personal
views of D.W. and D.S., as set forth in Finding III and V.

                      19

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

                     III

Respondent committed gross negligence, in violation of
Business and Professions Code sections 2960(j), 4982(d) and
4992.3(d) when he developed an inappropriate dual relationship
with D.W. that included travel together to and around Las Vegas,
    as established bt Findings III.

                     IV

Respondent committed  gross negligence, in violation of
Business and Professions Code sections 2960(j), 4982(d) and
4992.3(d), when he gave D.W. a massage in his hotel room in Las
Vegas, as established by Findings III.

                      V

Respondent committed gross negligence, in violation of
Business and Professions Code sections 2960(j), 4982(d) and
4992.3(d), when he invited D.W. to his home in November 1992 and
engaged in nude hot tubbing, as established by Findings III.

                     VI

The evidence did not establish that respondent
suggested that he perform a vaginal examination on D.W.

                     VII

Respondent committed gross negligence, in violation of
Business and Professions Code sections 2960(j), 4982(d) and
4992.3(d), when he invited K.G. to his home in December 1991 and
engaged in nude hot tubbing, as established by Findings IV.

                    VIII

It was not established that the act of inviting K.G.
and D.S. for nude therapy sessions at Harbin Hot Springs amounted
to gross negligence, in violation of Business and Professions
    Code sections 2960(j), 4982(d) and 4992.3(d).

                     IX

Respondent committed gross negligence, in violation of
Business and Professions Code sections 2960(j), 4982(d) and
4992.3(d), when he bartered therapy for nude massages from K.G.,
    as established by Findings V.

                      X

Respondent committed gross negligence, in violation of
Business and Professions Code sections 2960(j), 4982(d) and

                     20

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

4992.3(d) by shifting the focus of D.S.'s therapy from her
presenting problems to his interest in ET encounters, as
    established by Findings V.

                     XI

While it may have been thoughtless, or possibly
negligent for respondent to try to recreate a Native American
ritual with D.S. present, it did not rise to the level of gross
    negligence.

                     XII

It was not established that respondent discussed with
D.S. details of his sexual relationship with his wife.

Pat,

This is Cabal disinformation, more cleverly packaged than usual.
Though I do not speak Mandarin Chinese, from what is presented on screen, the following can be deduced.

The station's news editor mistook a piece of American Cabal disinformation for a real news story.
That American Cabal disinformation is a lying story written by Cabal operative Alfred Webre and featured on Webre's disinformation blog disguised as a newspaper, "The Examiner". (sic).
Webre's story claims that "China says that President Obama is about to declare UFO reality" (sic). That statement is false. It is hallmark Webre false propaganda, which specializes in splashy false stories about the UFO subject.
Then another Cabal operative who calls himself "ufohunter16903" gets a news clip of a Chinese news station which fell for Webre's fake "Examiner" story and broadcast it, then he writes a headline "National Chinese Media Reports UFO Disclosure by Obama", and puts his handiwork on YouTube where many will see it and, not knowing Chinese, assume that the headline is telling the truth.
Now that is some diabolically-clever packaging of disinformation.
    But, be not deceived.

The IMPOSSIBLE DISCLOSURE

Why it's not possible to even think in a formal USA disclosure of the "ET government " contacts?
For several reasons. First of all, because those contacts do not exist at all, but there is more.
Let's imagine this disclosure. Obama telling the "truth" about extraterrestrial visitors. If this happens, the whole system collapses. The NASA program becomes a bad joke.
Oil prices become meaningless. Probably the market collapses and same thing happens with everything else.
After the disclosure, a total political and economical crisis engulfs the administration.
I am talking here about the institutional crisis, but fear, hate and sectarian violence are inevitable after the disclosure.
Now, who can remain in control of the situation? Only totalitarian governments. Repression of the information and official denial.
Perhaps Iran, North Korea and even China can remain in control of the situation, but not USA or Europe or the Middle East regimes.
Think about this. The scenario is excellent for a science fiction film but has nothing to do with reality.
There will be no disclosure because there is nothing to disclose. Things will go on, as usual, day after day, crisis after crisis, war after war in this virtual, post industrial world.
I see the whole UFO=ET theory as a galaxy of Memes, some very strong.
We should follow the development of these Memes with interest, imagination and logic.
We have text, words, signifiers, a UFO semiotic, but not real, accessible objects. We have TEXTS, references but not the "thing itself".

Secession in Boylan's Cult.

In the past two months, the predictions and announcements of ex Doctor Richard Boylan, -self proclaimed Councilor of Earth (sic)-, in his UFOfacts group were total failures.
There was no disclosure, no meeting between him and the president, no big ET crafts show to "force" a recognition of the presumed Star Nations by gov., in other words total disaster.
Of course, the anti-cabal rhetoric of this gentleman turned violent, aggressive and obsessive.
Posts repeated messages of hate, fear, and threatening considerations.
Very little Love and light, of course.
Consequently and with all due respect, a girl called Tabitha created its own group in Facebook, called Stars Alliance.

In a couple of days, practically all Boylan's group active members
followed Tabitha to the new group.

Shall we remember the words of President Abraham Lincoln?
"You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can not fool all of the people all of the time."

The Theater of the Absurd.

Contradictory as it may be, we live in a transparent society, and because of this, nothing remains secret for a long time.
Let me give you an example. Some isolated Exopolitician writes about the revelations of Laura Eisenhower or Basiago, the backyard astronomer and time-traveler.
Now, how many people believe in all this absurd rhetoric? Who knows...But if we want to know more about these whistle-blowers, snake oil sellers and self proclaimed Councilors of Earth or experts in Universal Law, we can do some research in Google, Yahoo or any other search engine.

In minutes, the curious mind will understand why these testimonies are meaningless. In some cases we will find a background of cultism, drugs, self promotion and psychopathology.
Could we call these fairy tales a campaign? Yes, if we analyze the consequences: The UFO mythology denies the UFO mystery and marks a territory. UFOs and UFOLOGY belong to world of fiction. A serous mind will never share with these people the same asylum.
UFOs belong to the Circus; to the freak shows, not to Science.
Could these be the agenda of the EXOS..? Perhaps, or perhaps I'm wrong and these fantasists need just a good doctor.
Let me know what you think people. Thanks in advance.

Exopolitics becomes just politics.

I think that the so called Exopolitics is like a...rubber ball. You can do it "endo," if you need to.
See what Alfred Webre writes.(below.) From the "evidences" of what the Galactic ET commando wants to do to us, humans, Webre jumps to the "anti-imperialism" and ferocious anti-americanism.
Something seems to be wrong here, or simply we are not intelligent enough...perhaps the Galactic ET Command is also anti-american, who knows?
Now, let me tell you this...of course we do not worry about all this Webre's cosmic nonsense, because we do not believe that there is any Galactic ET commando, (Big Bro. imposing us a quarantine.)
However, if someone believes the Exopolitician-Endopolitician rants, the combination of pro-alien, anti-American ideology must look dangerous.
Looks like Webre could be a future Marshall Petain...or a future Galactic Raul Castro, or a Pleiadean Chavez.
Some kind of agenda here?...who knows, but the anti-human, anti-American rhetoric of this Exo-endopolitician and Boylan, self proclaimed councilor of Earth, have something in common, am I right?
And remember that probably the secret anonymous source's name is Tequila.

Declaration by Latin American Civil Society

The United States: a growing aggression against Latin America

There is a new political equilibrium in Latin America that is annoying and worrying the White House. There is even mention of a new “axis of evil”, made up of Cuba, Venezuela, Ecuador and Bolivia. To attack the governments of these countries, The United States is resorting to political, ethnic and religious propaganda, as well as economic pressure, through veiled announcements in the media, which appear to be news items, reports, articles and even opinion columns and editorials.

For this they have at their disposal millions of dollars and the weapons of psychological warfare developed by experts at the CIA, the Pentagon and the Department of State. They pay journalists, buy media or large spaces in newspapers, magazines, radio stations and television channels and they use the cyberspace and the new technologies technically, scientifically and profusely.

On the “black list” that keeps Washington awake at night are the presidents of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez; of Bolivia, Evo Morales and of Ecuador, Rafael Correa; the president of Argentina, Cristina Fernandez; the president of Uruguay, Tabare Vasquez; the president of Brazil, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva and undoubtedly the president elect Dilma Roussef. Of course, Cuba is at the top of the list with Fidel Castro as the leader of the Revolution and Raul Castro as president.

In the face of this new reality, the United States has not sat with its arms crossed. The experts at the CIA and other intelligence agencies, the Pentagon and the Department of State have planned and carried out a series of public and clandestine actions aimed at neutralizing the governments it considers dangerous and enemies of US interests.

Washington is trying to neutralize the integrationist plans and the economic, trade and political agreements between the nations and governments of Latin America. To this effect, it has ordered its principal military, civil and undercover agencies, such as the CIA, the DIA (the Pentagon’s intelligence agency) the National Security Agency, the USAID and the NED to design an enormous destabilization program to provoke the downfall of the governments with nationalist, Latin Americanist visions, a social focus and a general leftist tendency.

These plans include projects for coups, financing the opposition, and intensifying economic and political domination, undercover activities, media activities and others, without excluding any of the military and political assassination options, like what has occurred repeatedly with Fidel Castro and later with Hugo Chavez and even Evo Morales.

The CIA and other US agencies have professional experts in black propaganda and psychological warfare. They devote every effort to prejudice Latin American and international public opinion against Bolivia, Ecuador, Venezuela, Argentina and Brazil. The US media systematically lie, deceive, and distort economic, social, political and cultural realities and facts to discredit the Latin American nations.

The White House and the Department of State, through the CIA, the National Security Agency, the Agency for International Development (USAID), the National Endowment for Democracy (NED), the cooperation agencies and even some non-governmental organizations (NGO) and religious organizations, distribute millions of dollars among the political opposition of the independent governments, to cause problems, coup attempts and destabilization programs, like that which happened in Venezuela, Bolivia and recently in Ecuador; coups like in Honduras; or corruption scandals like the one that was unleashed in connection with Lula's Workers Party of Brazil.

In a documented article published on the portal of the North American Congress on Latin America (NACLA)1, Dawn Paley points out that a new series of projects for the promotion of democracy with US financing could represent a fundamental reinforcement for the political project of the people behind the coup against President Manuel Zelaya in Honduras. The USAID has had presence in that country since the sixties and its multimillion economic spillover has favored the entrepreneurs and pro-American groups.

In Bolivia, an investigation2 by Jeremy Bigwood and Eva Golinger, revealed that since 2002 the USAID has destined almost 100 million dollars to promoting “decentralization” and “regional autonomy” projects – linked to the secessionist groups, principally in the departments of Santa Cruz, Beni, Pando and Tarija—and the political parties that concur with Washington’s interests. In addition, it has invested some 85 million dollars a year for programs related to security, democracy, economic growth and human development, whose beneficiaries are likewise sectors linked with an Office of Transition Initiatives OTI), that promotes policies alternative to or opposing the government of Evo Morales.

In Venezuela, between 2007 and 2009, the Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights and Labor of the US Department of State, channeled at least 700 thousand dollars for grants and training courses for journalists3 who oppose the government of Hugo Chavez. The funds were managed by the Pan American Development Foundation (PADF), an organization created as a screen by the US government.

Likewise, the attempted coup in Ecuador, at the beginning of October 2010, was linked to cooperation schemes between the United States and the Ecuadorian military and police structures, supported by pro-Washington political sectors, who acted independently of the government of president Rafael Correa. Because the people involved were not only police but also members of the air force and opposition public figures, such as the mayor of Guayaquil, Jaime Nebot, commented political analyst Atilio Borón, in an interview with the El Telégrafo newspaper of Guayaquil4.

Another US organization that should be investigated is one called the Office of Transition Initiatives, undoubtedly run by the CIA and the mafia of the Cuban American Foundation, with its headquarters in Miami. It has a multi million dollar budget and acts in many countries in Latin America.

To destabilize, discredit, divide, strangle economically and manipulate politically through deceit and lies, that is the permanent strategy of the United States in the region, likewise aimed at stopping the integration processes, such as the Mercosur and the ALBA or the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States.

As part of its divisive strategy, Washington has developed an economic rapprochement with Uruguay, speeded up the free trade agreements in Central America and divided the Andean zone by signing an FTA with Peru and Colombia.

Washington is exacerbating the tensions in Latin America. The war waged in the media is directed at recovering lost ground in the region. This same scheme, in which the strategies for manipulating electoral processes and creating social instability play an important role, includes reactivating the Fourth Fleet and increasing the number of US military bases, which, in addition, form part of NATO’s globalization project.

To this we should add the dispatch of seven thousand US Marines to Costa Rica, a country that has no armed forces and has been involved in a territorial dispute with Nicaragua. US military presence in Costa Rican territory uses drug trafficking as a pretext; and the specialists are keeping a close watch on the future application of the Plan Central America, similar to the Plan Colombia or the Merida Initiative that is being carried out in Mexico5.

For this reason, the White House is resorting to Cold War tactics and strategies. It disqualifies and discredits the Latin American nations, imposes conditions on the governments, creates new paradigms, such as the war against drug trafficking and international organized crime, while it penalizes migration, builds a gigantic wall along the border with Mexico and sows misery in Latin America in the name of freedom.

War between Exopoliticians.

Inevitable. Why? Just because NOTHING HAPPENS. These self proclaimed experts in Alienology. (Exopoliticians) are talking about soimething that is never there. Each one invents his own alien. Consequently they fight...for the impoverished UFO market.
See below what Webre says of Salla. The worst enemies of Exopolitics are the exopoliticians.

Dr. Michael Salla & analysis by omission

Dr. Michael E. Salla of the Exopolitics Institute New Service has stated that "In this reporter’s [D. Salla's] opinion , it is premature to declare Fulham’s prediction has been confirmed. Especially so if the goal was to break a US-Russian “conspiracy of silence.”

http://news.exopoliticsinstitute.org/index.php/archives/856

Yet, Dr. Salla does not bother to take into account that Jan 2011 UFO reports are continuing to arrive from Moscow. These are listed above in this article as they arrive.

Nor does Dr. Salla's premature evaluation make any mention of the UFO wave in Russia in December 2010 (see below).

Dr. Salla's dismissal of the Jan. 2011 UFO wave over Moscow as a 3rd independent confirmation of the 'galactic governance council', Russia as 'premature' is a clear example of Dr. Salla's mode of analysis by deliberate omission.

By omitting any historical context of the galactic governance council's actions toward Russia and the substance of Mr. Fulham's 10 years work with the ET council and its plans for Russia and the U.S., Dr. Salla subtly denudes the Jan. 2011 UFO sightings over Moscow, Russia of any meaningful interpretive context, and this this reporter Alfred Lambremont Webre's analysis of its rigorous adherence to context.

Dr. Salla, for example omits mention of the giant pyramidal UFO craft parked over the Kremlin in Moscow Russia on Nov. 9, 2009 as part of a deliberate approach by a intelligent civilization, most plausibly the intelligence behind the 'galactic governance council' to put pressure on Russia. At least one responsible research source has suggested that telepathic meetings occurred with Kremlin leaders and the galactic governance council representatives present in the craft at that stage.
