Subject: Crisis: Alfred Webre and Andy Basiago.
Looks like Alfre Webre has new friends, and Andy, the time-jumper thinks that this is not the kind of people that "Proyect Pegasus" needs.
That is why Laura Eisenhower, the alchemist, granddaughter of President Ike Eisenhower and Isis present incarnation is also looking for some new and more fresh environment.
Follow this development, because it can teach us a lot about who is who, what is what, and even more...

What happened in the Moon on November 7, 2005?
NASA scientists have observed an explosion on the moon. The blast, equal in energy to about 70 kg of TNT, occurred near the edge of Mare Imbrium (the Sea of Rains) on November 7, 2005. Several astronauts claimed to have seen construction and UFOs on the Moon an explosion could indicate miningor perhaps an accident.
"What a surprise," says Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) researcher Rob Suggs, who recorded the impact's flash. He and colleague Wes Swift were testing a new telescope and video camera they assembled to monitor the moon for meteor strikes. On their first night out, "we caught one," says Suggs.
Lights are frequently recorded on the moon going back to 1540. Often the lights are noticed within or near craters for extended periods of time ruling out meteor strikes. Aristarchus is a large crater on the edge of a plateau within northern Oceanus Procellarum has had 448 recorded Transient Lunar events many before electric lights existed on Earth. Its at the upper left side at 10 o'clock just left of the red spot.
Many amateur astronomers with small telescopes, systematically observe those phenomena called "transient Moon lights" and communicate these sightings to Observatories and Universities.

Subject: Alfred Webre's Promotion of Andy Basiago, the Time-jumper.
Of course we already know that Alfred Webre promotes nonsense without taking care of the most basic laws of rational thought.
His wife, Geri De Stefano, Ph.D. has been a practicing psychic, teacher and business consultant for 30 years in the United States and Canada. In a prologue to Webre's book about his own manic-depressive problems, Geri recognizes Alfred's obsessions and pathological attractions to cults and sects.
However, his ex-partner Dr. Michael Salla, also in Exopolitics, wrote that Alfred Webre had already lost all credibility.
In fact, following the eventual developments of this Webre & Basiago twisted story; we will learn a lot about UFO subculture, memes and disinformation campaigns.
